Excellent Stay Downtown
soft towels renovated room massive tv
The room had nice toiletry products like shampoo and conditioner (the lotion smelled great, too). The towels felt soft. The bed was perfect. Everything felt newly renovated. The tv was massive. I appreciated the attention to detail. This hotel seems to have it all.
I had to go downstairs to get bottled water daily.

The staff was friendly and prompt with all requests. Every interaction was pleasant. I felt welcomed. The team was proficient and professional.

The hotel has exciting public spaces and contemporary design. The location is perfect for accessing the Mag Mile. It is also near the river. The tunnels to the Illinois Center reduce winter walking, convenient.

The room was beautiful, clean, and organized. The bedding was perfect. The view was great from the high floor. The room programming included exercise options. Housekeeping was on point throughout my stay.
